1. Promoter This prize draw is promoted by Elevate Impact (the "Promoter") on behalf of Afford.

2. Eligibility

• The draw is open to participants who have completed the Afford 2026 Impact Survey.

• Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Elevate Impact and Afford and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit their contact details via the designated form upon completing the survey.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

• There are 5 prizes available, each consisting of one $200 gift voucher.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

5. Draw Details

• The draw will be conducted electronically at random by the Promoter.

• The draw date will be advised to entrants upon entry.

• Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the draw.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.
