Like many, 2020 gave us time to reflect. But instead of perfecting banana bread, we asked: How can organisations ensure their strategy creates real impact?

With 25+ years in leadership roles across government, non-profits, and corporates, we’d seen the same cycle—initial excitement, rushed consultation, a splashy launch… and little lasting impact. We knew there had to be a better way. That’s why we founded Elevate Impact—to create strategies that don’t just look good on paper but drive measurable change.

From day one, we did things differently. Instead of a central office, we built a network of 40+ specialists across the country, giving us access to the best minds, not just the most convenient ones. Unlike traditional consultancies, we curate the right team for each project, ensuring deep sector expertise.
