Rethinking workplace wellbeing, one leader's story at a time
beyondblue · Communication Support · Social and Public Welfare, Health
We helped beyondblue turn static workplace mental health programs into an interactive digital platform, led by real voices from Australia's biggest organisations.
The challenge
beyondblue is one of Australia's leading mental health organisations. Its workplace programs held genuinely valuable guidance, but the format was static, and static is easy to ignore. beyondblue needed a more engaging, more accessible way to help organisations put mental health at the centre of their culture.
What we did
We helped beyondblue redesign its workplace programs into a dynamic, non-linear digital platform, one people could move through on their own terms. We built it around real voices, featuring leaders from some of Australia's largest organisations sharing first-hand why mental health matters and how they made it part of how their workplaces run. Storytelling did the persuading: peer proof from the top, in a flexible, interactive experience designed to reach more businesses.
The impact
beyondblue gained an interactive platform that reaches more organisations and gives leaders a more compelling reason to act, turning guidance people skimmed into an experience they engage with.
