A board and executive, realigned around a clear strategy
PrimeSafe Victoria · Board Facilitation and Strategy · Security and Safety
We led a corporate review and strategy redevelopment for PrimeSafe Victoria, aligning Executive and Board behind a clear, governance-ready direction.
The challenge
PrimeSafe is Victoria's meat and seafood safety regulator, an organisation where getting strategy and governance right has real public-safety stakes. It needed a comprehensive review of the organisation and a redeveloped strategy, with its Executive and Board genuinely aligned behind the direction.
What we did
We undertook a comprehensive corporate review and led the redevelopment of the organisation's strategy, working across both the Executive and the Board. Through facilitated sessions we brought the two groups into alignment, turning a review into a shared, governance-ready strategic direction.
The impact
PrimeSafe came away with a refreshed strategy and an Executive and Board aligned behind it.
