One shared purpose, three pillars and a roadmap to take a homegrown app from local favourite to global platform.

We helped Snap Send Solve define its purpose, vision and values, and shaped three strategic pillars with a quarter by quarter roadmap.
The challenge
Snap Send Solve had already changed how Australians report problems in shared spaces, from graffiti and potholes to dumped rubbish. It connects everyday people with the councils and organisations who fix them. Growth had come fast, but the team was small and pulled in many directions. Leadership wanted a clear purpose everyone could rally around. They also wanted a plan ambitious enough to lead the Australian and New Zealand market while opening the door to new segments and new countries.
What we did
We worked alongside the leadership and wider team through a series of facilitated workshops. Together we defined a purpose (empowering people to improve the world's shared spaces), a vision and five values the team could live by. We then shaped three strategic pillars: Local Leader, Market Expansion and Product Ambition. Each pillar had measurable outcomes, and together they held 15 priority outputs. Every output was given a named owner, a RACI and a quarter by quarter roadmap, so the strategy lived in people's diaries, not a drawer. We came back to check progress with the team, and later to set a long term North Star.
The impact
For the first time, the whole team could see how their own work connected to the company's ambition, from sales and partnerships to product and data. The strategy set bold, trackable targets, including 80% of metropolitan councils across Australia and NZ, 3 million reports from 1.5 million Snappers, and a first international launch. It also gave leadership a living tool to test progress and reset priorities.
