Telling the story of systems change
Collaboration for Impact · Narrative Building · Social and Public Welfare
We helped Collaboration for Impact tell the story of systems change, building a clear narrative and communications framework to engage funders and partners.
The challenge
Collaboration for Impact (CFI) drives systemic change, equipping communities, funders and change-makers with the skills and frameworks to tackle complex social problems. Systems change is powerful work, and notoriously hard to explain. As CFI grew, it needed a clearer, more compelling way to tell its story, one that would win funders, strengthen partnerships and make its impact legible to people outside the work.
What we did
We built CFI a cohesive brand narrative and a strategic communications framework. Working closely with the team, we got to the essence of what they do and why it matters, then shaped it into a story they could tell with clarity and confidence, consistently, across every channel. We aligned the communications to CFI's values, mission and strategic priorities, and gave them the tone of voice, the funding angle and the digital approach to carry it.
The impact
CFI came away with the tools to tell its story consistently and well, positioning it as a leader in collaborative systems change and equipping it to engage funders, partners and community with far greater clarity.
